WETTABILITY (SURFACE TENSION) :

A to C or to withstand 68 to 72 dynes (i.e. 70 ± 2 dynes) on either face of foil.

STICKNESS :

Material shall fall freely on 1.5 m length load.

SPLICING :
Shall be made of smooth ultrasonic welding through out the web width.
NUMBER OF SPLICING :
Average number of splices per roll shall not exceed 2 whereas maximum number of splices in a roll is 3 and the permissible frequency of occurrence will not exceed the limit shown below:

IDENTIFICATION OF JOINTS:All splice joints will be flag marked for easy identification.

CORE LENGTH & I.D.:Flush or Protruded with 76 mm (+/-0.5 mm), 102 mm (+1.5/-0.5 mm) or 152 mm ID (+2.5 / 0.5 mm)
REEL OD:700 mm maximum
ROLL WIDTH:950 mm maximum ± 1 mm.
FINNING:Finning caused by web misalignment shall not exceed 2 mm and shall not occur more than once in every three rolls
IDENTIFICATION:Each reel is identified with a ticket having reel number, specification, operator number and manufacturing date.
PACKING:Rolls individually wrapped, placed in top bottom combination wooden boxes with Silica Gel packets and making as specified by customer.
